Has been a torrid season so far for Chelmsford City Ladies Reserves falling to the foot of Essex Women’s Division One with just 2 points on the board from their first 11 league matches. Had something to celebrate however at the weekend as they earned a very good point at home to 4th placed Brentwood Town Ladies Reserves on Sunday. Brentwood finding some form of late scoring through Sophie Lovell. A goal for Laura Kendle seeing Chelmsford City draw the game 1-1 their 3rd point of the season taking them off the bottom of the table.
