The last one of the week the latest league action from the Suffolk Women’s Division, plenty of goals scored once again two sides topping the table with 4 wins from 4 to open the season with contrasting results.
Needham Market Women have assembled a strong squad not only for their senior sides but too for their new Reserves side who have hit the ground running in the Suffolk Women’s Division scoring plenty of goals 60 now from just 4 games played. A huge scoreline racked up at the weekend at home to University of Suffolk Women playing their first game of the season. 28-0 is eye watering by anyone’s standards, Needham Market in form especially striker Lois Balfour 9 already this season, has 19 now! Scoring 10 herself at the weekend. Hat-tricks too for captain Amy Trenter, Katie Moore and Maria Smith. Braces scored by four more players Hannah Cobbold, Ashleigh Goddard, Milly Carter and player manger Freya Louis with Amber Leeks also getting her name on the scoresheet.
